Job description
- Adjust custom apps and code through the
configuration; - Translate requirements into well-designed solutions while respecting internal processes;
- Perform in-depth analysis to quickly identify and resolve bugs and issues related to data and/or data processing;
- Write, test, analyze, and implement high
quality according to specifications; - Understand all aspects of configuration and capabilities
Technical/functional Salesforce - Configure integrations and/or connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications;
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a
quality solution; - Run test scripts for STT and regression tests;
- Communicate regularly with the production team and other stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of information technology;
- Have at least one (1) year's experience using Salesforce CRM;
- Have completed at least one API integration project that includes basic tests and Cl/CD with the Salesforce CRM solution;
- Have a Salesforce certification like Salesforce Platform Developer l or 2, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, JavaScript Developer, etc.
