Job description
- Develop new features and improve existing applications to support evolving business needs and projects;
- Design data-driven automation solutions using back-end applications such as ETL processes, APIs, console apps, and Azure Functions;
- Integrate data from multiple back-end services and databases;
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to releases and system changes;
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability;
- Collaborate with business analysts, business experts, and other developers to analyze needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate experience with the .NET Framework and .NET Core, including Razor, Web Forms, and Web API services;
- Experience with data access technologies such as Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and Dapper;
- Have experience with Azure services in an enterprise environment;
- Demonstrate experience working in Agile teams for solution delivery;
- Experience with identity and access management solutions such as Okta;
- Proficiency in C# language and a solid knowledge of object-oriented programming;
- Have a good command of SQL and relational databases;
- Have front-end development using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and jQuery;
- Be able to use version control tools such as Git;
- Be proficient in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio development environments;
- Use Jira effectively for work tracking and collaboration;
- This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
