Job description
- Target, capture, analyze and interpret the information and data necessary to support the testing phases, implementation strategies, various quality assurance tests, decision-making process and implementation processes. monitoring the application of existing management policies and practices;
- Review and approve detailed quality and testing strategies for targeted application teams;
- Develop or perform technical case proofreading and test scripts;
- Participate in quality review meetings;
- Prepare the system test schedule with the application teams, business teams and suppliers;
- Rigorously execute the tests (manual and automated) for which he/she is responsible;
- Coordinate the preparation of the test execution context (environments, data), in collaboration with the different teams involved;
- Follow up on the test results with the application teams involved;
- Support other specialists in defining the different scopes (stories, release, sprint, project, tests);
- Collaborate in the management of project anomalies;
- Analyze the risks. Write various reports, propose solutions, make recommendations and provide advisory support in the implementation of these recommendations;
- Prepare and recommend courses of action that may help correct situations encountered in accordance with generally accepted guidelines and rules
- Coordinate testing activities;
- Support members of the quality and development team;
- Setting up and coordinating a testing strategy
- Write and perform UAT and non-regression tests and integration developments;
- Review user stories to prioritize and ensure appropriate test coverage is applied to minimize anomalies;
- Organize and ensure continuous updating of the regression model to reflect changes in requirements;
- Monitor productivity and ensure that objectives and deadlines are met;
- Liaise with the team to coordinate testing efforts and transfer required information;
- Coordinate tests during delivery to production.
- Have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in IT quality assurance;
- Have experience in developing test cases;
- Have experience with tools - X-Ray, JIRA;
- Expertise in quality assurance processes and the implementation of quality assurance tools;
- Ability to write and execute test strategies and scenarios.
