Job description
- Monitor their performance and availability;
- Configure, maintain and update systems;
- To ensure security and compliance;
- To help users and technical teams;
- Detect, analyze and fix problems;
- Suggest improvements;
- Write and maintain documentation;
- Document incidents;
- Test and validate systems;
- Manage security settings;
- Apply and promote best practices.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in IT or a similar field;
- Combine five (5) years of experience in platform administration with experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) management;
- Master Windows Server systems and Windows workstations;
- Be able to use Active Directory, IIS and SQL tools;
- Understanding the integration with TIBCO BusinessWorks;
- Master the O365 environment (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive);
- Understand network concepts (DNS, routing, protocols, firewall);
- Demonstrate experience with BluePrism, Celonis or WalkMe;
- Be able to develop PowerShell scripts.
