Job description
- Ensure functional analysis and migration of existing analytical use cases to the new Motion Data Platform (PDM);
- Drill down into existing analytical use cases (sources, transformations, business rules, pipelines, reports, models);
- Document the current state (as-is) and set the target state (to-be) suitable for PDM;
- Identify dependencies, impacts, and adjustments required;
- Define the functional specifications necessary for the reconstruction of cases in PDM;
- Collaborate with BI, AI, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure teams for a smooth migration;
- Support technical teams in integration and validation;
- Ensure traceability between old and new operation;
- Participate in the testing strategy and functional validation.
- Hold a university degree in IT, engineering, business intelligence, data science or equivalent;
- Have three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in functional analysis, advanced analytics, BI or AI, in a financial environment;
- Experience with cloud platforms, Azure being preferred;
- Have experience in existing analysis, technology migrations or functional reverse engineering;
- Demonstrate knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace;
- Master access management models (RBAC, ABAC);
- Know Agile methods and tools;
- Have knowledge of analytical architectures (data lake, data warehouse, ETL, pipelines);
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business rules and data transformations;
- Have an in-depth understanding of the existing situation, dependency analysis, target state definition and support for technical teams to reconstruct cases in the PDM ecosystem.
- Familiarity with BI, ETL, and analytics platforms, with Azure being a strong asset.
