Job description
- Introduce and develop artificial intelligence tools dedicated to testing activities;
- Develop or integrate AI solutions to automate or accelerate testing activities, including test generation, prioritization, and intelligent analysis;
- Deploy AI assistants to support QA activities, including anomaly detection, scripting, and impact analysis;
- Design AI accelerators that can be reused by project and QA teams;
- Identify opportunities for AI testing improvement in each phase of the delivery cycle (analysis, design, automation, execution, reporting);
- Drive proofs of concept, experiments and prototypes in order to validate the added value of AI solutions;
- Propose advanced testing techniques such as test intelligence, defect prediction, augmented code analysis and test optimization;
- Implement AI automations in CI/CD pipelines for functional, API, regression, and performance testing;
- Use AI to analyze results, reduce noise, prioritize anomalies, and detect anomalous behavior;
- Support the release of AI models or tools used by QA teams;
- Document processes, tools, standards, and best practices related to AI applied to testing;
- Participate in the definition of frameworks for a responsible, safe and effective use of AI in quality assurance;
- Train and support teams in the adoption of AI tools and practices;
- Collaborate closely with QA, development, architecture and data consultants to maximize AI integration;
- Popularize technical concepts to facilitate adoption;
- Act as a benchmark for AI applied to quality assurance.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline;
- Possess a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in quality assurance, development, artificial intelligence or equivalent;
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of test cycles, QA strategies, and automation;
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, including language models (LLMs), AI agents, and tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code;
- Experience in automation with tools such as Cypress, Postman, low-code testing tools or test case managers;
- Understand DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
