Job description
- Analyze functional and technical requirements;
- Develop strategies, plans and test cases;
- Run manual and/or automated tests;
- Identify, document and follow up on anomalies;
- Collaborate closely with the development, product and operations teams;
- Participate in sprint reviews, demonstrations and retrospectives;
- Track patches and validate releases;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
- Possess between two (2) and five (5) years of experience in software quality assurance;
- Demonstrate experience in writing and executing test cases;
- Know Agile / Scrum methodologies;
- Use test and bug management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps;
- Understanding Software Development Cycles (SDLCs);
- Experience in test automation with tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright (an asset);
- Knowledge of API testing with tools such as Postman or RestAssured (an asset);
- Have worked in CI/CD environments (an asset);
- Hold a quality assurance certification (ISTQB or equivalent) (an asset).
