Job description
- Ensure a shared understanding of the vision, governance, technology directions, scope and planning of the project;
- Coordinate stakeholder interventions to ensure consistency of work, risk assessment and development of timelines aligned with objectives;
- Develop, maintain and update project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and the identification and management of cross-project dependencies;
- Facilitate kick-off, follow-up and closing meetings as needed;
- Monitor the progress of the work and adjust the planning according to issues and priorities;
- Produce progress reports, reports and documents required to support decision-making.
- Hold an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) in information technology, business administration, management or a related field;
- Possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the field of information technology;
- Have at least five (5) years of experience, acquired within the last ten (10) years, as a senior project manager in information technology;
- Have participated in a minimum of three (3) mandates with a scope of at least five thousand (5,000) person-days, completed in the last eight (8) years, in contexts involving complex technological concerns and several administrative units;
- Demonstrate senior-level experience in carrying out strategic mandates within comparable large-scale organizations (an asset);
- Knowledge of the health field (an asset);
- Experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD or SAFe) or hybrid approaches (Agile and waterfall) (a strong asset);
- Hold a PMI PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification (an asset);
- Have an agility certification (an asset).
