Job description
- Develop quality assurance strategies and test plans;
- Write and execute automated, integrated end-to-end functional tests, including with equipment;
- Estimate the effort required to perform the tests;
- Coordinate and participate in the realization of tests;
- Document the progress of tests (unit, integrated, system and acceptance) as well as anomalies;
- Perform and run test cases;
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests;
- Write and execute test cases and scenarios;
- Recommend and contribute to the automation of test cases.
- Ten (10) years of experience as a quality assurance specialist;
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of methodologies and technologies related to software quality;
- Have experience with Agile development processes;
- Master test case and anomaly management tools;
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and understanding of functional specifications;
- Read and interpret logs and JSON files;
- Master the Postman tool for API testing;
- Have knowledge of test automation;
- Be familiar with WireMock for simulating services;
- Have knowledge of the Xray tool for test management (asset);
- Have experience in development with Google gtest (asset);
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodology (asset);
- This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
