Job description
- Design, develop and maintain artificial intelligence models and solutions adapted to different use cases;
- Integrate AI into existing tools, platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and processes;
- Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Design architectures and data pipelines that support robust and scalable AI solutions;
- Perform proofs of concept (POC) and experiments to demonstrate the value of AI;
- Apply best practices in software development, security, governance, and data management;
- Automate tests, measure model performance, and optimize model efficiency;
- Contribute to internal frames, standards, guides and repositories;
- Collaboration and knowledge transfer;
- Work in co-creation with the development, architecture and quality assurance teams;
- Participate in the documentation, preparation and dissemination of AI training;
- Demonstrate the use and value of AI tools to client teams.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline;
- Have a minimum of (4) four years of relevant experience (other combinations possible);
- Possess advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence and software development;
- Have hands-on experience with one or more AI tools and models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI/Claude, AI agents, language models, etc.);
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java or any other relevant language;
- Understand the concepts of MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines;
- Have experience in data architecture or data processing (Asset).
