Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities: 

Establish objectives, approach, levels and acceptance criteria based on the risks and requirements of the project;
Estimate effort, cost, timelines, and deliverables for each phase of the lifecycle;
Participate in the identification of the needs in terms of environments and data required for testing;
Coordinate different resources when necessary;
Measure coverage, success rate, and anomalies, and adjust the plan as needed;
Identify, assess, and mitigate testing and delivery risks;
Oversee bug management, prioritize and track fixes, and validate resolved bugs;
Communicate with stakeholders, provide reports, metrics and recommendations for decision-making;
Validate the achievement of objectives, archive deliverables and capitalize on lessons learned;
Provide optimizations, automation, and best practices for future campaigns;
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
Hold an undergraduate degree with six (6) years of experience or hold a master's degree with four (4) years of experience;
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in test management;
Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Agile project management;
Master Jira, Xray, and Jenkins tools;
Demonstrate experience in test automation;
Have a thorough knowledge of QA practices and DevOps (CI/CD);
Demonstrate experience in projects with a high complexity of integrations;
Understand modern digital platforms (microservices, APIs, real-time workflows, orchestration, STP, etc.);
This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
