Job description
- Actively contribute to the development and updating of the vision and roadmap of his/her area of expertise;
- Ensure the delivery of projects according to contractual commitments, deadlines and established quality standards;
- Monitor project progress and manage risks in collaboration with internal teams and clients;
- Support delivery teams and managers by acting as a technical and strategic reference, sharing knowledge and disseminating best practices;
- Define methodological frameworks and delivery approaches to ensure the quality and consistency of completed projects;
- Participate in the evolution of service offerings and the design of innovative solutions in collaboration with the sales teams, particularly in the context of calls for tenders and customer proposals;
- Contribute to the influence of Cofomo by representing the organization at industry events, strategic presentations and exchanges with partners;
- To play a monitoring and innovation role by identifying market trends, emerging technologies and opportunities to enrich the expertise and services of the center of excellence;
- Ensure that the initiatives, practices and solutions proposed comply with quality standards and are in line with Cofomo's strategic orientations;
- Hold an undergraduate degree in information technology or a relevant related field, with a master's degree considered an asset;
- Demonstrate deep expertise in artificial intelligence strategy and data governance, as well as an ability to articulate business, technological and regulatory issues, and demonstrate strong leadership;
- Master the regulatory issues related to data protection and valorization;
- Ensure a physical presence at the office at 1000 De La Gauchetière a few days a week in order to develop and maintain a relationship of trust with employees;
